Inside this 1930s Brooklyn Residence, Ovadia pursued the challenge of enhancing the existing footprint of the historical structure of the residence and thoughtfully underwent a gut renovation. Functioning as a typical New York family residence, the interior architecture incorporates open-concept floor plans for hosting and entertaining. Streamlined designs influenced by contemporary appeal inject playful elements through layered materials, geometric patterns, textured wallpaper, and symmetrical moments. A timeless approach highlights the preservation of the home's unique charm and well-lived-in character, while crafting an intentionally luxe, contemporary environment.
