A 10,000 sq ft haven, designed as a token to be passed down from generation to generation, features a contemporary appeal with a breezy coastal influence. Evoking a sense of serenity and connection to the ocean, this summer residence prioritizes outdoor wellness with various leisure zones for relaxation. Designed as a multi-family getaway home, Ovadia pursued expansive open living environments to accommodate the needs of the growing family and an indoor-outdoor concept. The combination of neutral tones, coastal modern elements, and ocean-inspired materials ensures that the residence maintains its beauty and functionality as a timeless seaside haven.
